How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

The popularity of Win7 must have gone to dA admins's heads, because they development a seventh version of dA, which looks like that famous MS operating system

Anyway, there is a new thing and me to judge it. So my thoughts are:

A 'emoticons' link disappear from many places, so now it is harder to find an emoticon you forgot

Navigation bar is now thiner and now organized in menus, so now I know where to click for "Submit deviation" (and other places as well)

Personal menu is hidden by default which may get to confusion for some people. Fortunately there is a possibility to switch into old behavior, but I think it should be made as default

Now Ads are easier to block

~~A search bar disappear from the standard header and now is available only on Browse page. WTF? I was served as nice short-cut before, now I must to change my page first to search. Argggg...~~Hey! They fixed this!

This artwork scroller (whatever called) on the bottom when you view a deviantion is a nice idea, especially whey an artwork was divided into separated deviations (like comics). Now I don't have to go through gallery page to see the next part

Anyway this new display system on many pages was made in a way that causes its slower scrolling. It is clearly visible deviations pages (mostly but not as only ones) works more "muddy"

At least they move "Add comment" widget above comments. Yay!

btw:

I don't know why people says now it is impossible to fave without leaving a comment. I can still fave&run with no problems...

Dude...where the "download" button have gone?

Naprawili... To znaczy przywrocili zawsze obecna szukajke? Gdzie, bo NIE widze - widzialem projekty tego, gdzie ma to teraz byc, ale nie widze tego - jedynie podczas przegladania czyjejs galerii pojawia sie mini-szukajka doczyczaca konkretnie tej danej galerii, a raczej nie o to chodzilo...

Ogolnie - nie jest zle, ale mogloby byc lepiej - dziela pisane sa zdecydowanie czytelniejsze, mozliwosc skakania po obrazkach bez wracania do glownej galerii tez jest przyjemna ale wciaz brakuje np. przyciskow pozwalajacych do skoczenia natychmiastowo do pierwszej lub ostatniej strony watku, czyli czegos, o co truto juz dosc dlugo...

Patrząc po dziennikach innych ta zmiana nie przypadła do gustu reszcie, zobaczymy może będzie dobra, ja jednak przyzwyczaiłem się do ostatniej i trudno mi się pogodzić z tą zmianą.

Cóż, zmiany, nawet jeśli wychodzą na dobre, to jednak zmuszają do nauczenia się interfejsu od nowa. Według mnie to dobrym przykładem jest tutaj strona główna Googla - nie zmieniła się niemalże od cal od samego początku, a mimo to nie można zarzucić firmie braku rozwoju

Na googlach pojawiły się nowe opcje, ale główna struktura pozostała bez zmian. Pierwszą rzeczą która mnie tutaj denerwuje to scalenie deviacji i wiadomości w jedno. Wcześniej wszystko było ładnie pogrupowane, widziałem ile jest nowych rysunków i ile komentarzy, a teraz muszę łazić po menu na górnej listwie (co jest łatwe, ale poprzednie rozwiązanie było szybsze).

Cóż kiedyś dodatkowo przeszkadzało mi to, że komentarze, odpowiedzi, oraz działalności lądowały do jednego worka "messages". Dlatego też zainstalowałem wtedy dA-Tidy i już wiedziałem co jest co

. Myślę sobie teraz nad ponownym jego zainstalowaniem, ale pewnie będę musiał poczekać, aż dostosują je do obecnej wersji

. Byłoby warto bo ten dodatek pozwalał także, po załadowaniu obrazu, przejść od razu do jego strony bez oglądania po drodze apletu przygotowawczego do "Prints"
