.I wonder, because during my personal research on some websites I discovered there is a strong "war" between people. These people are divided into groups with very different belief about the way Internet should go on. What makes me sad the most is the fact that every of these groups treat other as the worst kind of slime and deny every proof the other side delivers. For me it means I can't say what I'm thinking about this situation — there is always a possibility someone will see my journal and comment about my "wickedness".
I also worry about my art: can I still express myself in the way I used to before? I consider a cancellation of my account because of this. I'm afraid one day someone come to me and say I must stop draw aliens/dragons/spaceships/funny animals/etc. because someone did it before and since now everybody who draw them must pay for a license.
I remember when once USA was about to sign their new patent act (I don't remember the exact name): I have asked myself who on earth would allow a man to patent literally everything just because he thinks he did it first, and now collect payments from everyone who uses such that feature even, if it was used years before. Now in USA (no offense, really) people managed to oppose been SOPA/PIPA approved, but there in Europe we can't do the same with ACTA. Now only the European Parliament itself stays in the way. I've heard there is an activity on La Quadrature what have an object of convince MEPs (Members of the European Parliament) to vote against ratification of ACTA in EU. I wish they will succeed.

Na razie jesteśmy na prostej drodze do tego wszystkiego co niesie z sobą ta ustawa, może się okazać że za jakiś czas będzie cenzura, a może się okazać też że po prostu będzie więcej skutecznych narzędzi do walki z piractwem.
Cała ta sytuacja pokazała jak bardzo politycy są zakłamani, wszyscy są tacy sami zarówno Tusk jak i dawniej Kaczyńscy, Palikot, PJN, SLD wszystkim chodzi o władzę, a image/demokracja/pojedyncze_przebłyski_racjonalności to tylko dodatek dla elektoratu.
Mam nadzieję że za 3 lata, młodzi ludzie będą pamiętać w co wpakował nas Tusk i ocenią go tak jak trzeba w wyborach. Przeczuwam że telewizja i radio szybko zapomną o tym, chwycą inny gorący temat, a my zostaniemy sami. Gdyby nie internet i nagłośnienie sprawy tam, tv nigdy by o tym nie mówiła, widzisz - internet to nowe medium, tu Ty decydujesz co chcesz oglądać, co czytać i kogo słuchać, a w radiu i tv pokażą kogoś 10 razy, to za 11 razem już będzie popularny.
ACTA jest na rękę starym mediom, które doskonale wiedzą jakie tematy można poruszać, a co przemilczeć.
Chciałbym aby ta cała ACTA wyszła nam na dobre, idee są wspaniałe, ale realizacja spartańska (cała ta tajność, kłamstwa i inwigilacja), za dużo nieprecyzyjności i pola do popisu, pod tym względem nasze prawo własności jest dużo bardziej rygorystyczne i doprecyzowane. Jak już mówiłem, jesteśmy na drodze do cenzury, tego nie wprowadzi się z dnia na dzień, ale uważać musimy i musimy patrzeć co szykują nam politycy, tak na wszelki wypadek.
